Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from MagRock Inc., and we are committed to helping if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because MagSert is a specialty water-conditioning product that is installed directly into water connections, fixtures, hoses, or appliances, we are able to accept returns only on unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging; used or installed products cannot be returned.

Returns

Unused, unopened, and uninstalled MagSert products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@magrockinc.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In its original packaging
  • Not damaged
  • In resellable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return policy requirements.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by MagRock Inc.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.

Installed or Used Products

MagSert products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return or refund.

MagSert is designed to help reduce mineral buildup and make deposits easier to manage over time. Results may vary depending on water quality, mineral levels, existing buildup, usage, and installation location. MagSert does not remove existing buildup overnight and does not filter minerals out of the water.

For best results, we recommend cleaning existing buildup from fixtures, hoses, appliances, or water connections when installing MagSert.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, appears to be defective, or you receive the wrong item due to an error by MagRock Inc., please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, MagRock Inc. may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Incorrect Address or Customer Order Errors

MagRock Inc. is not responsible for customer errors made at checkout, including selecting the incorrect product, entering an incorrect shipping address, or providing incomplete delivery information.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery or during installation
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Gift cards, if offered
  • Products returned without prior authorization
